Loaded Margherita Pizza
INGREDIENTS
16 ounces of pizza dough
1 cup Marinara or Pizza sauce
1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
medium red onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Rest dough on counter for 20 minutes.
Lightly sprinkle a sheet pan with corn meal.
Stretch into a loose rectangle shape. Add to pan.
Spoon on pizza sauce leaving a 1 inch margin.
Place cheese, basil, peppers and onions on top of the sauce.
Bake in lowest rack of oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
